Yes — Google Business Profile is the foundation. Without it, there are no Google reviews to manage. If you don't have one, it takes about 10 minutes to create at business.google.com. We'll walk you through it when you sign up. If you already have one, connecting it takes under 60 seconds.

How quickly will I see my reviews after connecting?

Within minutes. Once you connect your Google Business Profile, CrestWard pulls in your existing reviews immediately. You'll see your full review history, sentiment scores, and AI-drafted replies — all ready before you finish your first cup of chai.

Do I need to install an app or download anything?

No. CrestWard runs entirely in your browser. Your staff can access it on any phone, tablet, or desktop — no installation, no IT setup. Share the link, log in, done.

Can patients still leave a public Google review even if they're unhappy?

Always. We never block or prevent a patient from posting publicly on Google. When a patient rates 1–3 stars, we show them a private feedback form so you can resolve their concern directly — but we also show a clear link to leave a public Google review if they prefer. It's their choice, not ours.

No. CrestWard complies with Google's review policies. We don't post fake reviews, we don't block negative reviews, and we don't manipulate ratings. Who actually posts the reply on Google — me or CrestWard?

You do. CrestWard drafts the reply using AI, but you review and approve every word before it goes live. Nothing is posted on your behalf without your action. Think of it as a very fast first draft — you stay in full control.

How does the WhatsApp follow-up work?

Accepted Answer

You upload your patients' phone numbers (from your appointment records). CrestWard sends them a personalised WhatsApp message asking for feedback on their visit. They tap a link, rate their experience, and submit. The whole process takes the patient under 60 seconds. You don't need to message anyone manually.

Is sending WhatsApp messages to patients legal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you have a prior relationship — which you do, as their doctor. Under India's Telecom Commercial Communications regulations, sending a service-related message to an existing patient is permitted. You should have their number on file from their appointment. We'd recommend adding a line to your appointment form: "May we follow up about your experience via WhatsApp?" to make consent explicit.

What if a patient doesn't want messages?

They can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message and we remove them from your list permanently. We handle opt-outs automatically — you don't need to track them manually.

Can my patients see each other's feedback?

Accepted Answer

No. Patient feedback is completely private. Only you and your clinic team can see what patients submit. We never share, aggregate, or publish private feedback anywhere.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's yours. You can export all your reviews, feedback, and analytics as a CSV or PDF before you leave. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then it's deleted. We don't hold your data hostage.

Is patient data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We store data on Supabase (built on AWS infrastructure), which is SOC 2 compliant. Patient names and phone numbers are never shared with third parties. Our edge functions run in isolated Deno environments — your patient data never touches a shared server.

What's the difference between the Solo and Clinic plans?

Solo is for single practitioners — one doctor, 200 WhatsApp messages per month. Clinic supports up to 5 doctors with 1,000 WhatsApp messages per month, and each doctor gets their own performance dashboard so you can compare feedback across your team. If you have more than one doctor or want to track multi-doctor performance, Clinic is the right fit.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrade instantly from your account settings. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then.

Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you get 2 months free when you pay annually. That's roughly a 17% saving. The price is locked for as long as you stay on the annual plan, so if we raise prices next year, your rate doesn't change.

We have 3 doctors. Which plan should we use?

Accepted Answer

The Clinic plan (₹2,999/mo) supports up to 3 doctors. Each doctor gets their own performance report so you can see which doctor is getting the best feedback — and which one needs a conversation. Patients can also select which doctor they visited when leaving feedback, so the data is accurate.

What if we add a 4th doctor later?

That triggers the Hospital tier, which is custom-priced based on your volume and locations. Contact us and we'll put together a quote within 24 hours. Founding clinics who grow into Hospital tier get preferential rates.
